Unfortunately it was always packed to the rafters so we only had the opportunity to drink in here twice....both times whilst in port and everyone else was ashore!! We had Budweiser both times ($4.90 a bottle). On our first visit there was a drunk irishwoman in their singing at the top of her lungs and swearing like a sailor....she upset quite a few people who consequently left. We didnt see the crew take any action and unfortunately I think their embarassment just led them to smile at her and walk away. It was really embarassing to watch actually.....she was really drunk! At one point she tried to stand on the table but her friend coaxed her down. We left because it just got too embarassing to watch her make such an idiot of herself. I do think this is another of the Royal Promenade bars which looks fantastic but is just too small for the number of passengers wishing to drink there. |
